Army Foundry Intelligence Training Program

This new Department of the Army regulation, dated 10 June 2010–

o Describes the Foundry Intelligence Training Program, its purpose, and the type of units and personnel eligible to participate in the program (paras 1-1, 1-5, and 2-2).

o Establishes roles and responsibilities among Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands, Direct Reporting Units, U.S. Army Reserve, and Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States in the use and programming of foundry training resources (para 1-4).

o Establishes a strategy for planning, programming, and prioritizing intelligence training requirements and resources, including program reporting, management control, and inspection requirements (paras 2-3, 2-4, 2-7, and 4-2).

o Consolidates policy and guidance for Armywide management of the Army Foundry Intelligence Training Program (throughout).
