ISOPREP

DD Form 1833 ISOPREP is the form everyone in the military is required to complete. Those in the Army will utilize the Pre-Oconus File. This connects with all military, Army Civilian, contractors.

The information in Pro-File overviews is later moved to the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (Jpra). The information is used to populate an advanced Isoprep on Siprnet. Internet Explorer 6, and 7 are used for this. Users that are using internet explorer 8 have reported some problems.

Gaining access to Pro-File

To start with: Log into the Pro-File home-page at

  • https://medinah.sed.monmouth.army.mil/pro-File
  • Read the Dod Notice and Consent and click “Ok”
  • Complete a Pro-File study by giving information in all required fields, to incorporate photograph transfer, and finishing at least four inquiries in no less than four of the inquiry areas.

The information entered into Pro-File studies is exchanged to the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (Jpra). Once exchanged, the information is utilized to populate a computerized Isoprep on Siprnet.
